The Winery
In 1991 Fernando Dieguez Otero decided to commercialize his wine. Aquis Celenis started out with a 2.000 litre deposit, a 300 litre press. Temperature control during fermentation was implemented by applying manual cold water showers to the deposit.
At present, the winery has a surface area of 500 m² for the elaboration of wine. It´s installations dispose of the latest technology for the elaboration, conservation and distribution of wine. In 2006, the actual office was built, as well as a tasting lounge, and a kitchen.
